What information is requested?
When you choose to request a quotation, the form asks for your name, phone number, property area, service and project description. You may optionally provide an email address, budget and timing.
How is information submitted?
The quotation form assembles your details into a WhatsApp message on your device. The website does not have a server-side submission database and does not store form entries. Your information is shared with SWM only when you press Send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices also apply.
Why is information used?
To respond to enquiries, assess possible projects, prepare quotations and communicate about services. Avoid submitting identity numbers, bank details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Sharing and retention
Enquiry details may be shared with relevant service providers when reasonably necessary to assess or deliver a project, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal obligations. Records should be retained only as necessary for business, contractual and legal purposes.

You can request access, correction or deletion of personal information where applicable under South African law by contacting SWM via WhatsApp. Requests are subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
