Three names.
One legacy.
A family-founded business shaped by hard work, faith, friendship and the ambition to build for the next generation.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND SWM
Schoeman. Williams. Malan.
SWM grew from the example of two hardworking families, a friendship built on trust and a shared desire to create something lasting.
Schoeman's father built a plumbing and maintenance business through honest work and determination. Williams' father demonstrated courage and leadership in the construction industry. Williams brings a deep commitment to faith and purpose, while Malan contributes a practical understanding of construction project management and a desire to leave a legacy for his family.
Today, the three founders are building their own path: a company grounded in integrity, reliable relationships and care for the people whose properties they work on.
